Horrible experience. And seems more worried about reviews than my eyes. I went for appt and paid for glasses on October 15th. Nobody would return calls. Got thru once and said my glasses were on finish table. Got frustrated last week when their phones were EVIDENTLY DOWN and couldnt get thru...but they were on phone when i walked in. So...Melissa tells me again...and this is 3 days later...that my glasses are on finish table and it would be a couple more days.
Today she calls me and tells me that my lenses are on back order so they will send something else. I DIDNT PAY FOR THIS SOMETHING ELSE

Extremely friendly staff and Dr. Very thorough and comprehensive exam. Far better than you will ever get going to a chain store. I recently spent several hundred dollars at a chain store and got sub par service in return. I will be getting my glasses done here in the future, even though I have other options.

My daughter went in for a routine eye exam to possibly get new glasses. Well, it was recommended she try contacts. She did and the staff that helped her was so encouraging. It did take a little while for my daughter to get used to it but once she did she was able to put contacts in and take them out within 30 secs. Thank you to the staff for all the encouragement you provided to my daughter.
