Keyrenter has been great! Dana and Bailey have been very responsive and effective! They supervised needed repairs and painting on my new home and quickly found a renter for a good price. I have another property manager in another city and only wish I could work with Keyrenter there, too.

Renting with KeyRenter is a nightmare. Not only did they not respect our space during COVID while my wife was pregnant, they charged us a cleaning fee after having the place professionally clean. They continued to let the realtor selling the place harass us during our lease. I would not trust anyone to rent with this company or trust this company with property management of a property.

The team at Keyrenter is top notch. They vetted the perfect tenant for us. The rental is a newly built condo and they even facilitated some final punch list details with the builder on our behalf. Their process is efficient, communication strong and the owner's statements are easy to follow. We feel our investment property is in good hands!

I used them in renting out my property the first year and can’t say enough good about the ease of which the whole process was. From initial conversation, to listing, to having it occupied within a couple weeks, to using them as management of the property for the last year. Anytime I had any questions, Maggie and Dana were very courteous and helpful. I now have transitioned to landlord of my property as I am very blessed to have a great tenant that was properly vetted and checked by their team. That process was just as smooth as the rest of my experience. Great group of people and HIGHLY recommend

Dana at Keyrenter has made the renting process take minimal stress after I moved out of state! I've been working with them the past year, and they just found and signed another lease before my current renter moved out - so as long as this one works out, I'm going to keep using their services without a doubt!
I reached out to Chattanooga Property Management originally who were nice and responsive and all at first but couldn't move forward with helping me sign a renter.
And business ethics aside, Dana is just plain cool.
