D., ABSNP is a Clinical and Educational Neuropsychologist specializing in clinical, psychological and neuropsychological assessment. Creekview Psychological Assessment Center, PA is Dr. Turley's private practice in Newark, Delaware just outside Wilmington and 40 miles south of Philadelphia. She is also currently the Co-owner and Director of Assessment services at Integrative Psychology Group, LLC.
In order to maintain the utmost privacy and confidentiality I do not provide testimonials from current, or previous clients. I'd be happy to talk to you about how I have been able to help people with similar problems to yours, and what I would suggest as an appropriate treatment plan to meet your needs.
Office Hours: 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday, Saturdays by appointment. The cost for an evaluation is between $200 and $350 per hour. The total cost depends on the type, scope and purpose of the assessment, and will be determined prior to the evaluation. Payment plans, credit card billing and staggering payments are options.
