Established in 1998, Our staff of 22 provides a diverse background and wide range of technical skills and experiences. This diversity allows us to tailor our project team to each client and project's specific needs. We are licensed civil and environmental engineers with five licensed Professional Engineers, a Certified Wetland Scientist, and a Certified Professional Hydrogeologist on staff.

Municipalities may be in need of a new water source for a number of reasons: the old system can no longer support the town's needs, a redundant supply is desired, or contamination levels reach a point where a new source is needed.With our staff hydrogeologist, OCE can evaluate, plan, and develop a source development project-all in house-from alternative analysis and well siting through pump testing and water-quality analysis.

OCE can provide a full range of wastewater engineering services, including state-mandated system evaluations and the planning, design, permitting and construction-related services for sewer/ stormwater system separations and wastewater treatment systems on the municipal, commercial, and residential levels.

Developing land in Vermont can be a challenge, given the different layers of permitting that are often involved. We will work with you to identify early in the process potential permitting hurdles and other implications that may derail a project. Once we've identified the constraints and opportunities presented by a project, our surveyors perform a detailed survey of the project site.
