Our tenants called HSS because the cesspool was starting to overflow. Tenant made the call, call was answered by a very efficient person (Lauren) who dispatched a truck immediately. Payment was made within the time call was dispatched and job completion. So easy!

These gentlemen were fantastic. They evaluated the problem quickly and remediated the issue as fast as possible, explaining everything to us, as first time home owners. They were professional, lovely, and considering this was an emergency and a night visit, unbelievably patient. I highly recommend this company.

The service technicians were punctual, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Everything that needed to be done was explained to us and all of our questions were answered with a smile! Also, I loved receiving confirmations and updates via text message. The whole process was very streamlined.
