Had a frustrating experience with SouthFork.
Thought we had a septic system problem co I called them.
Service tech arrived at the house with a probe and said he couldn't find our septic system!
He left after about 45 minutes without doing anything .
They sent me a bill for over $350 for "services rendered".
I contacted them and explained the situation but was told that the bill was to be paid in full.
Reluctantly, I offered to pay $200. to settle the matter.
They are now suing me in small claims court.
I have lived in this house for over 35 years and NEVER had a dispute with
ANYONE

Courteous, on time, professional service. Did not try to sell me any
useless treatments or products. What usually happens with these types
of service calls, you have to call in three more trades people to undo the
damage the first one creates. This was absolutely not the case here.
They located the tank and access cover with surgical procession.
Landscaping and in ground sprinkler lines were undamaged and left
in perfect condition. At my request they installed a riser and new septic
tank cover for easier access on future servicing. The work was neat and
professional. I highly recommend South Fork
