This was the first time we have re-financed our home, so we were not sure what to expect. The team at American Wholesale Loans was absolutely amazing. They made the entire process so easy, and they put our minds at ease from the very beginning. Of course, being new to this process, we had so many questions. I had the good fortune to work with Jhonny, a loan officer from this company and to be blunt, he was able to do the imposible. I tried to do a refinance on my home with 3 other loan officers and none of them were able to do it. Jhonny was communicative throughout the whole process and even though it took a bit longer than expected, he came through with flying colors!

I was referred from a realtor that spoke very highly of this team. Patrick and Emily helped me with an investment refi, my husband with a conventional refi and a VA loan for our new home.
