I cannot stress enough the dangers and unprofessionalism of this place. Please take the time to visit the premises before leaving your loved one here and you will see exactly what I mean. Do not be persuaded by the false sense of welcoming with their admin team. I was not aware that this place was known to be terrible prior to admitting my father here. He almost died in their care. I am a health professional myself who has spent many years in and out of rehabs/nursing homes with patients and never have I been so perturbed as to what I have seen here. Ask the local healthcare workers about this

The staff at Cranford Park are stupendous. My Dad was released from the hospital and sent to a neighboring facility where he had a bad experience. I contacted Terry (who was just recovering from surgery herself) and she ensured that my father was successfully transferred to Cranford Park. The staff greeted us upon arrival and took my Dad with care and comfort, which was exactly what he needed. Lisa and the nursing staff took gentle care of my Dad for his brief stay. Thank you for providing exceptional care.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My father was there for less than a week before we had to bring him home. The staff is negligent and they do not care about their patients. He was not fed, but when he was, he was given what seemed like 4 day old eggs and a hard rock disguised as a single piece of sausage. He left extremely weak and could barely walk. There was no shower. The beds and rooms look like they were from the 1920s, completely outdated and ineffective considering they are both a nursing home and rehabilitation center. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. DO NOT send a loved

I had a spinal fusion done on 10/28/20. I needed rehab to help stabilize myself because I live alone. I chose Cranford Park Rehab and Healthcare Center. The service was excellent. Everyone was very accommodating and welcoming. Germaine, Mary, Josey the CNAs really went above and beyond in making sure my needs were met. The nurses, Shaneka, Nya, Kelly and all the others was wonderful with my pain management. The nurse practitioner Rhasheeda was excellent assessing my needs and developing my individualize care. Discharge planning with Belinda was on point. Reina the Physical Therapist was excellent

Today was my first time visiting. The outside signs were very helpful as I had no idea where to go. The person at the desk in the lobby was kind and welcoming and helped me “check in” on the iPad. When she heard that I get lost easily, she volunteered to walk me to my friend’s room and showed me what to do next time. The staff members by my friend’s room were funny and helpful and welcoming. I couldn’t have asked for better treatment. My friend (the patient) had nothing but kind words about the way he has been treated. It almost seems like a 5-star hotel!

Great rehabilitation center. My brother has been there since February and the staff is great especially Kim who supervises the CNA'S on staff. All of the staff members are personable and friendly in a great environment. He is washed up and his room is cleaned every day. Cleanliness I give an A+. I would definitely recommend this facility.

In this day & age, how is it possible that a facility of this type has no handicapped accessibility?
No ramps. No elevator. Certainly, no escalator. They say they have a single, motorized stair lift inside. We didn't see it.
Still, how does one get from outside, up several steps, to inside? No ramps? Really !?!?!
This place has multiple floors, all spread out.
God forbid there's a fire or just a burst pipe!
It would take hours to get people out, from upstairs, one at a time.
And, we saw many who can't sit up on their own.
Where's the town, county, state, and federal

I love the experience here. The care that is provided here is excellent, especially when dealing with a wound that I have on my person. The treatment and attention that is given is above and beyond what the staff is required to do. Especially the CNAs and Nurses. They provide excellent care, are always do what is required of them, and then some. The facility is always clean, and there is never a problem with the housekeeping staff. The food is good, and if there is every any problem someone from the dietary department will always do what they can to fix it.Everyone here is attentive and caring

We have a relative staying here and have had a great experience with the staff. We enjoyed their Family Petting Zoo Day. The place is intimate and family oriented. The nursing and therapy staff are amazing.
I would live to revise this review because their administration lacks the follow up to assure their patient's needs are met. Prior to departing from the facility, a hearing aid, was lost by the CNA and a little over 3 months they have yet to fulfill a claim for the replacement. Nor, have we received the home health care that was supposed to be setup. Great nursing, great PT/OT, and even internal

Thanks to Cranford Park for taking great care of my mother. The rehab team is phenomenal. The nursing staff is exceptional. They all work together pretty well. I came in one day to find my mother slicing onions for taco Tuesday in the activity room. The building is a little dated but my mom is home again doing very well and that's why I would recommend here for rehabilitation.
