Had to order a last minute birthday bouquet for same day local deliver and they did not disappoint! Was looking for black magic roses, they didn't have on hand but had something comparable. Just gave direction of wanting a burgundy dark arrangement and asked that they send pics before deliver.
First pic I wasn't all that keen on some of the floral choices and without blinking an eye they were very accommodating to modify and the end result was gorgeous!Will definitely be ordering again and again for any special occasion! Incredible customer service and unbelievable arrangements. When you send from out of state, you never know what you are going to get.

Aasad is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I have ordered floral/plant arrangements several times from Floras to be delivered to family and friends. During the pandemic when stores were closed, Aasad had sent me pictures of arrangements so I knew exactly what I was sending. The customer service is A+. I first started going to Floras after receiving an arrangement in 3/2020. It was just so different. Thank you for the smile your flowers have given in such crazy times.

I was really looking forward to working with floras ave for centerpieces for a baby shower. I ordered a “mock centerpiece” to see if i liked them enough to order 15 for my shower. Upon ordering, i showed pictures of the color combination (shades of pink and some red) and flowers i was looking for and we went over the types of flowered that THEY suggested. Ranunculus, roses, spray roses, tulips, anemone and i mentioned i wanted a few garden roses. They gave us a price based on the size we needed and we paid. Such beautiful unique flowers, thoughtfully put together. True artistic eye. I was a bit intimidated because the store front is always so gorgeous, but the owner could not have been more accommodating and willing to work in any budget. Excellent customer service with the most elegant shop. Highly recommend!

Akville is a creative genius! My flowers were gorgeous at both my weddings (small covid and large tent wedding) and I’m so happy I went with her! I love her whimsical and romantic style. She tries to use local flowers when possible but don’t be fooled, the arrangements are interesting and intricate, with flowers you may have never seen before! Aasad kept everything organized and was very communicative anytime I had a question or change. Highly recommend Floras Avenue for any flower needs!

Absolutely amazing flowers and even better people! I rang late in the evening for an emergency birthday bouquet and oh my goodness she delivered and then some. The different textures in the bouquet really make it so unique and beautiful. And it’s amazing from any side! A true work of art. We just moved to Huntington and they are now most definitely our local go to florist.

We called to order 2x pieces for a funeral on a Friday afternoon. They were delivered to the funeral home by Saturday. The designer was patient, she listened to what I was looking for. She worked in our price range. The 2 pieces were the most beautiful pieces I have ever seen. We were from out of state. We didn't know who to call. We made the perfect decision to call Floras! OVERPRICED and the rudest staff ever the woman with the accent was so nasty I can't believe this place has any good reviews whatsoever. And I never leave reviews but just WOW. Went in off the street to see if they would schedule a wedding consult and they basically told me I wasn't able to spend enough to make it worth their while.

It’s been almost a year and a half and still, every time we look at our wedding photos, the wedding cake and the ceremony decorations make us very upset. Because the flowers we ordered and had in our contract were completely different.
We asked to decorate our cake with WHITE ROSES, we made a contract, we discussed it around 7-10 times, we had trials and took photos of that, and they still made them RED. (HOW?!)
The owner didn’t come to the event to do that so she asked her employees to do everything for her. And they messed up every singe detail.

After leaving this review, they called and offered to cover the delivery fee. They also said that they made the arrangement bigger than it was supposed to be. They also apologized again, so I appreciate that and the fact that they followed up.
I ordered an arrangement online for Mother's Day and purposely chose the delivery date as Saturday in case the shop was overwhelmed that Sunday. Flowers left in doorway when I asked them to bring them back the next day or I would pick up in shop. my elderly mother in mid 80s w/difficult hearing ordered them. the business is taking advantage of her and claiming she in fact requested they leave them on the floor. a woman delivering called me, the recipient, to ask where to leave them and I told her there was no place to leave them in the building. she first said she would charge 10, then texted 15 to redeliver to Huntington Village Main Street address! I said I would pick them up next day. an employee then called to say she was the owner

Totally delighted! Flora's was recommended to me by a friend works professionally as a landscape designer. I ordered a large hand-tied designer's choice bouquet for my mom's birthday. The only specifics I provided included a request to not use daisies, and to focus on unique blooms and lots of greenery. I reached out to ask a question via email after the order was placed and the florist responded to me right away. This holiday was tough on so many people and especially for me. I haven't seen my mom and family since December 2019 and because of pandemic it was wise to stay in Washington DC. The centerpiece I ordered was not only perfectly arranged and perfectly selected. It added a smile to everyone at the family meal. This little floral shop is lovely! beautiful containers and vessels and such gorgeous, mostly locally grown flowers with others that were flown in. Plus lush orchids embellished with air plants and succulents! Unusual and beautiful indoor plants and wreaths. LOVE LOVE LOVE! The designer is a true artist and her eye for beauty, textures and colors are divine! I love their style! And the shop smells heavenly! A treat for all the senses! Feel so lucky to have this gem in my town! We all need a little nature and beauty in our lives especially now. And the team she has are knowledgeable and so friendly

Hands down my favorite florist ever. I came here one day on the way to an event for a friends mother, and was blown away by the assortment of unique flowers. I was actually overwhelmed because the variety was so different, and I didn't know where to start, so they helped me select flowers for a bouquet at my chosen price point. I think the pricing is fair for the beautiful arrangements they provide. I wanted to give flowers to someone as a thank you but due to covid, relied on them to blindly arrange a bouquet. They were beautiful.

I wish I could give ZERO stars absolute waste of money. Arrangements presented online are False advertising. I sent what I thought would be a beautiful arrangement, described as perfect to brighten someone's day. But instead I was sent an arrangement that looks DEAD. An absolute embarrassment to send someone such a horrible arrangement. Order didn't even arrive until I called asking where it was 8 hours after my requested delivery window.
They had three weddings this weekend so my order suffered, refused to refund because they found this as acceptable.

Akvile of Floras Avenue is not your typical LI Florist. She is a true artist and visionary. Having met with a few other florists who blatantly told me my vision was “not possible”, I was feeling like I would never find a florist who could work with my vision. I wanted to do a lot of greenery and succulents, and few actual flowers. I wanted an Enchanted Forest wedding. Akvile loved every aspect of what I wanted and together we crafted the wedding of my dreams. Even our venue's staff said out of all the weddings that have hosted there, my centerpieces and florals were the most beautiful and unique

After an internet search for local florists, there was no doubt that Floras was going to be the one for my elopement. One week in advance I sat down with Akvile to plan out my bouquet, a small bouquet for my daughter, and boutonniere for the groom. She's wonderful, no need for a lot of discussions - she understood my vision right away and gave me a lovely price, as well.
