My degrees include a BS in Psychology (University of Michigan, 1976) an M.A. in Psychology (C.W. Post College, 1978) and a Ph. D in Clinical Psychology (Emory University, 1983). My services address the needs of older children, adolescents, and adults.

I provide individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, stress management counseling, alcohol and drug counseling, psychological assessment, consultative evaluations, and consultations to schools/organizations.I offer consultations and therapy in the office as well as consultation and therapy via approved teletherapy methods such as secure videoconferencing.

As a psychologist, I will work with you to help you meet the challenges that you face. We will work together to help you to learn better coping skills, solve problems, and address issues related to how you think, feel, behave and relate to yourself and others. Rather than adopting a "one size fits all " model, my approach is designed to be flexible and responsive to the changing needs of my clients.

It is often a big step when a person, family, or couple decides to get help from a therapist. I offer a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your concerns, express your feelings, build on your strengths, learn new skills, and try out new ways to communicate in order to help you make positive changes in your life.

I fell in love with Atlanta more than 35 years ago when I went to Emory University to complete my Ph. D. in Clinical Psychology. I have maintained active connections to the psychology community, and I am excited to offer my services to greater Atlanta and all of Georgia through my video-based psychotherapy and consultation practice.

I am a Board-Certified Clinical Psychologist, and I am Board Certified in Telemental Health. For the past five years I have specialized in video-based psychotherapy. I utilize a state-of-the-art patient portal that combines secure HIPAA compliant messaging, video, and electronic health record (EHR) that is ONC-Certified.
