We ordered an appraisal report from this company 6 months ago back in June 2013. We paid up front over the phone with a credit car. When the appraiser showed up, a man by the name of Alex from Miami who had not experience with the area or type of high end property (and because we are lic real estate agents and real estate investors who know the market) we could tell this man did not have enough knowledge about the market and area to provide us with the type of appraisal report we wanted. We canceled the service right there on the spot. We did not expect to get a full refund of our money since this
