Worst customer service ever. They never get back with you. The service requests are not logged in and accounted for. When you call to follow up, the first excuse is they never received the request. Then it's excuse after excuse from there on. I've had open service requests for 6 months and they still cannot give me a date of completion. I just want my trees trimmed and my back yard repaired. It's not even a big issue....I've asked for the owner/manager to call me and it never happens. Totally inefficient handling of our property. This is the most unorganized, unprofessional and unqualified company to manage properties I have ever dealt with. I wish a could give them a negative star rating. Please if you are looking at this company to manage your property or HOA look else where. They lose everything they have no communication and they are all rude. No one in this place seems to know what the other person is doing. There is no form of structure and if you have an issue it seems like they don’t have to answer to anyone and that’s why they get away with the poor service that they provide. If I could give 0 stars I would. What a nightmare this company is! They are "managing" my HOA but cannot tell me what they provide to me. When asked about the notices. I am told they found out THIS YEAR 2018 that I was the new home owner. So they had to re send the notice. But when I call to pay they said its more than doubled! For what exactly? Their incompetence? I leave a message for Gina and someone from a completely different department calls me. No wonder 7 homes on my block alone have gone up for sale and 2 that have moved in, within a month wish they didn't. Pick a better management company

This company is the Master HOA for my neighborhood and I purchased my home in July of last year. They are horrible. I had to call the clubhouse, My HOA and then resorted to asking a neighbor just to get their contact information. I agree with Claire.... Worst establishment for management company. I called and left a message they called back within a few hours but the woman was not helpful at all. When I asked for some basic information I was sent to someone else voicemail. I have yet to receive a call back. I'm interested in who they sent the dues to because they have not sent them to me. That
