Duane was so professional and took the time to explain the process to us. He really made us feel valued as a customer because of his timely inspection and thorough job. He was able to get the inspection report to us quickly with quality photos and accurate descriptions of what may need fixed. We just closed on a newly constructed house. Prior to the closing, we hired Duane to inspect the house. He had been coordinating with the builder so the house would be almost complete at the inspection. Unfortunately the house was not as ready as it should be when Duane arrived for the inspection. I was impressed by Duane's suggestion to delay the inspection. Some inspectors probably would just went ahead with the inspection so they would get paid sooner. What impressed both me and my realtor was that during the actual inspection about one week later, Duane really took his time to do his job. He
