Joel came highly recommended from several people in my neighborhood's Facebook group, so I decided to use him for my 11-month new build inspection to submit my warranty requests to the builder. Our realtor referred my husband and myself to Joel from Navigations Home Inspection. After reading reviews and checking out the company website we decided to use Navigations Home Inspection to do the inspection on our new build home for piece of mind. Items we requested where basic home inspection, sewer scope, and radon testing.

I contacted Joel at Navigations Home Inspection on 5/1 about a home that my wife and I were under contract on that needed an inspection completed within a week(see picture). Within 90 minutes, he had written back to introduce himself and give a breakdown of expectations and rough estimates.
He was very polite on the phone and set times he was available (which I appreciated very much). After setting a tentative time, he kept an open dialogue with me letting me know what he would need, and the very next day had an estimate prepared with costs laid out and an agreement to sign certifying services
