My sister was having a baby shower and my mom and I wanted some gifts made with custom fabric. The material came out amazing! We also used their cut and sew resource and the gifts were perfect. My sister loved them! Will totally be using them again. I needed some custom fabric for the upcoming drop of my clothing line, and i needed it in a hurry.
Vertical Authority was able to create exactly what I needed and they were also able to accommodate my timing. Super awesome experience. Won't be going anywhere else with my business. I have been to a few different places in Los Angeles to get embroidery done for my Etsy Shop, but Vertical Authority hands down has the best prices and turn-around tome.

I rarely write reviews on yelp and hate to say negative things, however I feel powerless any other way in this situation. I have lost so much time and money with the one production order I placed here. Pretty simple stuff, but 2 months later I am still going back and forth to their factory downtown trying to find all the lost samples, patterns, labels and fabrics they have of mine. And this is after I paid them in full. I was wondering how this place had a 5 star review until I realized the only people who have reviewed it are the people who own the shop. I don't know how anyone can stay in business
