Shannon is my go to masseuse. She has incredible skills but more importantly she listens and tailors each session to fit my body’s needs. I can’t imagine working with anyone else, she utilizes many different techniques from dry brushing, cupping, CBD oil are all weapons in her arsenal to help your body feel as incredible as it can. She is a joy to work with.

I have personally had several facials and waxings from Heather, one of their estheticians. She is not only talented and an EXTREMELY knowledgeable esthetician, but she has the warmest, kindest heart. First and foremost, I just love this place. The whole atmosphere from the lobby, to the waiting area, to the rooms, everything here is so peaceful and serene. Heather McCulley elevates all of that with her esthetician services. As a person who suffers with very sensitive skin, Heather is so knowledgeable and able to work around that. Her HydraFacials are what keep me coming back. Highly recommend Heather!

This place is really nice. But, my stone/massage was not a nice one. I have had massages before. This person seemed to not have that nice familiar touch for me. I like my muscles to be massaged with lots of pressure. Plus the technique used on me was not a technique. It was odd how the person who worked on me seemed a little occupied with messing with the rocks and covering my face as if I was benefiting with her hands on my face and not massaging me. I thought she would do something but never did. I was giving her the benefit of the doubt since this was new to me. So at the end when it was done

I had an awesome experience at Sakoon. I was injured and needed a massage. My call was answered by the most attentive person. She knew I was in pain so she called me back with an earlier "same day" appointment due to a late cancellation. Once there, I was greeted by Katelyn who was so welcoming and knowledgeable. She gave me a tour of the facility, a robe and slippers. The women's area has secure lockers, showers w shampoo/conditioner and soap. There are post shower items available, too. My therapist Jack was fantastic as he worked my sore body very carefully. He even provided water

I was under a lot of stress at work, and having trouble sleeping. I had a deep slumber massage with Jen, which was so helpful. Jen was wonderful. As a busy working mom of 3, this was renewing for my body and soul. They provide you with a comfy robe and sandals. You can sit on the patio or relaxation room as long as you'd like, with complimentary tea. They have a dry sauna and nice clean showers. I highly recommend, and plan on making this part of my self-care routine.

My friend/employer and I have been driving across the country this week, checking off states he hasn't visited for his Bucket List. We decided to end our trip with a nice 80 minute massage. I found Sakoon online, and was so pleased! I had Jack as my masseuse. I can honestly say this was the best massage I've ever had! I've traveled the world, and have had many massages prior to today. Was very impressed with the facility and how nice it was first coming in. Also was very happy with the COVID-19 policies put in place except that I had to wear a mask while face down during my massage (but understandable). I did feel it was a little too warm and the AC was loud and working overdrive. It was an extremely hot day but I still would expect a cool dry space for the price. Not super impressed with the relaxation area. The massage was very average and I would probably not return because the extra money didn't feel worth it.

We come for Jenn, as there isn't a better masseuse in NE. Followed her here from her previous location. Excellent massage that feels like a tune-up for me. I feel better for days after.
My wife participates in other stuff here too. I understand she's been pleased.
The staff is very cool. Greetings here feel, for me, familial and warm.

I was gifted with a 1 hour deep tissue massage from this spa and I am more than pleased with how my experience went. The staff was friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful during my visit. With this being only my second massage ever, I was unsure what to expect. However, the entire vibe of the spa was nothing short of comforting and I did not feel out of place in the slightest. This is a beautiful spa. Highly recommend for a girls spa day. Jenna was my massage therapist and the massage I chose was the art of slumber. True to it's name, I was so relaxed that I ended up sleeping midway. This particular massage makes an awesome gift for someone who recently had a baby and are getting adjusted to all the sleepless nights.
The only negative I felt was the massage didn't include the forehead or head massage. Maybe include it in the massage or offer it as an add on.
