Professional Med-Spa! Kim is very knowledgeable and adept at her art. I had injectables and an important meeting within 3 hours with no bruising. The look is so natural, my family is clueless- important to me that a little help is unremarkable to anybody but me!

Kim Gates at Finesse is a literal ARTIST. I've been going to her for a few years now and I can't imagine trusting anyone else with my face. Her work is so subtle and natural it's unbelievable. She's a master at listening to what you want and translating your verbal request into a visual reality. I first went to her for lip filler - I was afraid to end up with huge Kylie Jenner looking lips and did my best to explain what I was looking for. She gave me definition around my Cupid's now and lip line and perfect symmetry without that puffy swollen fish mouth look you see in

The spa is welcoming, clean, and trendy. The receptionists have been friendly and accommodating whenever I have had to reschedule an appointment.

I am 65 year old and I come to Omaha periodically. One of the reasons I visit Omaha is to visit Kim at Finesse. First of all, she has the most professional and lovely manner about her. And she is honest about which procedures will benefit you. I have signficant frown lines that no one has been able to aleviate with fillers except for Kim. I felt years younger when I looked at myself in the mirror. THANK YOU KIM. Can't wait to see you on my next visit.

I can't say enough good things about this place. Kim does an amazing job and I have utilized her services for years. She is honest, caring and really wants what is best for her clients. I booked based on reviews, and they were right! Phenomenal experience and amazing customer service before I even walked through the door. I am glad I made the move to her. Leanne was so kind, knowledgable, and painless!!!!!! (And I am such a baby!)
Update: Results at my follow-up were fantastic and I have booked my next appointment and can't wait to also explore other treatments. I'm also sending my Mother here. :)

I have been to several different places for dermatology treatments and I have never been more satisfied than I am after a visit with Leanne. She is personable, very knowledgeable and listens to my concerns carefully. She also has several years of experience that any newcomer can trust.
