I am currently employed here, and what I have to say is that I work in the office, and have also worked as a caregiver. This company truly cares about each employee, and we fully support our employees and our clients. We offer top pay in our industry, and if an employee has a bad review, it is only because he/she can’t show up to their job and give their 100%. All we ask for is that the adults that work for us act responsible, and show up for work.

Not sure why it’s called home care when all you do is clean and drive all over with the clients. They don’t even pay mileage and wage is low. Scheduler is very rude and nasty. I would never recommend this company to work at nor to have their employees come to your home. If you don’t stay with them as many haven’t for 90 days they deduct every cent they spent hiring you from your check. Very money hungry company that doesn’t treat employees well at all.
