Thank you for your interest in Empowerment Healthcare. We will review your application and contact you if we determine that your qualifications are appropriate for positions we may have available. After completing the entire application process, your application and/or credentials are kept on file for one year.
We are a Healthcare company that provides supported living services to the disabled and the elderly. We do so by training and empowering a great pool of direct care professionals and nurses who are the core of our care model. Empowerment has a rigorous hiring process and excellent training and support.

Empowerment has established policies and procedures for communicating conflicts, incidents and grievances. Employees receive information regarding these policies and procedures during their new staff orientation.
Empowerment Healthcare group homes are organized and decorated based on residents' interests and needs. The well-being, comfort, and security of our residents are our first priorities. We have on-staff maintenance that is responsible for addressing repairs as they occur to ensure that all homes are secure and comfortable.

We are one of the service providers for Empowerment/Hidden Creek. As a service provider I have been in approximately 400 different facilities, and Empowerment/Hidden Creek ranks in the top 25%. I have been in their facilities and homes many times, and I have been impressed with the atmosphere every time. The homes are clean, and the caregiver's appear to be engaged with the clients. The administrative staff is very involved with the day-to-day operations, and they have been a joy to work with; both the standards they set, and the care and concern for the clients needs is well demonstrated.

I am currently the Housing Manager at the Hidden Creek Assisted Living homes in Chaska. I have worked here for 2+ years and I am very proud of the progress that the LPN and I have made in regards to training and team work as a whole in our homes. I am also very satisfied with the team work concerning myself and the upper management as well. I have learned a lot of great information and in return have shared learned knowledge from my past experiences. I am looking forward to many future years of employment with Empowerment Healthcare.

Understaffed. No training. Complained of one house were I felt like I was being set up. I resigned and as I told them I was not trained properly and I had told them I felt like I was being set up by one of the house managers and nothing was going to get done about it I was told I set up the wrong meds but it was so easy to switch Med bars. I was told that they just hand out meds without watching the clients take them so they take them into their own Apartments they're not supervised if they take their meds or not and clients have said they had extra meds and then I found out that they have extra
