Lisa was patient enough to work with us for a year and a half to find our awesome horse property in Arroyo Hondo. Our search was unusual in that most of it took place during the pandemic, and Lisa was still able to schedule showings for all properties we were interested in. Lisa guided us to property we needed, helped us through the mortgage process, referred us to vendors, and made the process easy for us. We love Taos, the property, and can’t wait for the opportunity to spend more time there.

We had a very unprofessional and concerning experience with Lisa Cancro of Taos Properties in listing our house for sale. Throughout the months of preparing the house and the listing, she consistently delayed every step, chose very poor communication methods, made major mistakes in contracts and listing details, and did not achieve what she promised to do with any of the marketing, listing needs or delivery of such unless her assistant would do it for her. We have bought and sold several higher-end primary residence homes successfully and have never worked with an agent this undesirable, who caused

This company represented the seller in the purchase of my home in Pilar. First, they did not complete the contracted job of having two homes cleaned out from tenants. Second they left their sign on my property for a total of 5 months. Last, they illegally entered my home, where all my valuables and personal items are being stored. I have just called the police to the house to file a complaint against them. After several weeks of bad management games, they maintain the idea that they had every right to enter my home which closed 4 months ago. Abuse of power, seriously bad management.
