Harvey Blaustein has property for sale in Taos. One of the locations has graffiti all over the wall and even though it's been brought to his attention he's done nothing about it. Another piece of land is frequently inhabited by tent people and they leave all their trash there and he fails to keep up his property which just perpetuates the problem.
