He graduated with honors in his respective degree at the University of Alabama at Birmingham before going on to complete his doctor of optometry degree at UAB School of Optometry.Dr. Holman purchased what is now River Region Vision Source (previously Millbrook Eye Care) in 2012. He acquired Dr. Harriett Foshee's optometry office located in downtown Greenville during the latter part of 2020.

I love how the doctors do a through check of your eyes. They found cataracts, glaucoma, and dry eye on me. I have never waited long to be seen either. Even when finding a new pair of glasses, they are very helpful in helping you pick out the shape that suits your face shape. All around the best I have been to in my entire 49 years on earth. I can’t say enough good things about them. They are highly recommended by me.

I had a routine check up today and Dr. Holman and his entire staff were FIRST class. They are very experienced and knowledgeable about their field, and I never felt pressured to "make a purchase". I had every single choice presented to me to make an informed decision on what to do next (regarding some serious eye strain due to work). Thank you guys SO much for caring about my vision, and taking the time to talk to me. Everyone is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I loved the new equipment that made the eye exam so much better! Dr. Holman has always treated me with genuine concern and knows how to take care of your eyes and is trustworthy. If you ever have a problem or concern with your glasses or contacts, you are treated friendly and your problems a handled with a smile.
