I recently had a horrible and traumatic experience from an orthodontist who did my bone graft that got infected because of neglect from not prescribing me antibiotics and was unwilling to help me with the symptoms I was going through. Him and his staff were absolutely rude and unprofessional since the first day I stepped into his clinic. I am more than thankful for Dr. Sandra Reyes for going above and beyond by assessing the site thoroughly and making sure it gets the right treatment, unlike the other orthodontist who thought that staring at the site is enough to know if there is something wrong

I don’t know anyone who likes going to the dentist including me. I get really anxious like so many people but every time I leave after my appointment I ask myself why I get so nervous. I can't say enough good things about Dr Reyes. Her office is clean, beautifully decorated with state of the art equipment. Her staff is prompt, professional and attentive. Dr. Reyes is knowledgeable and explaipns her treatment plans in detailn lists various options for treatment and allows the patient to move forward in their treatment at their own pace. Have been going to Dr. Reyes for about five years now. I always feel welcome, things never seem rushed, and I know I am good hands. Dr. Reyes also makes it a point to update patients regularly thru email about the practice, and what precautions are being taken as a result of the pandemic. You really do feel you are getting treated like family. Can't imagine going anyplace else.

Dr. Sandra Reyes is AMAZING! I am a new patient. I went in because another dentist lied to me saying that I needed a root canal and a crown. I got a second opinion with Dr. Reyes, and she said that I did not need that. I admire her for being honest and professional. Her office is very clean. The receptionist answers all of my questions. I've been seeing Dr. Reyes for a few years now and I have to say she is by far the best and my favorite dentist. Her team and herself are all very excellent at their jobs. After nerve damage from having my wisdom teeth removed in the military, my teeth have been very sensitive. She always remembers my pain points and I've never had to remind her or her team. They are extremely thoughtful and thorough. Overall, great team, great service and excellent five star dental care. Extremely recommended.

Dr. Reyes and her staff are simply AMAZING! I hate going to the dentist, but needed one quickly after I had one of my molars crack. They were able to get me in quickly and put me at ease. The tooth was fixed the same day and now they are helping me regain my oral health. Doctor Reyes makes sure everything is covered as thoroughly as possible and makes recommendations for next steps. She is very compassionate and I would recommend her to anyone needing a great dentist!

Dr. Reyes has been my dentist since the first day she opened her practice. I followed her from a previous office where she was briefly. What a difference! She's absolutely the best. I recommend her highly. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and college professor, I'd like to think that I know a little about how a a professional has to care about their patients.
