I would like to give a shout out to Vince and Bruce for all of their professionalism, courtesy, and patience they extended to me and my grandson during our recent ordeal with a deer. Said it would be done on a day and when I called said they would get which when they did they called me about a different car that wasn’t mine! Then it went to the following day and when it was supposed to be done the one part wasn’t even there! Then they couldn’t get the bumper to line up when it was supposed to be done just issue after issue and not keeping me informed also the time frame from when I dropped car has been over a month now

Went in with some front end damage.
They were quick and courteous. The fresh paint and panel alignment looks great.
Best of all, they treated me and most importantly my car with respect. Which I appreciate most.

These guys did great work for me about 4years ago. An unfortunate fender bender has me using their services again. Polite & professional services when viewing damages & assisting with rental car.
Cut to 2 weeks later and I picked my baby up! She looks brand new with a fresh wash and tire detail!
These guys rock!

Took my Ram 1500 here after someone at work hit it while it was parked in the parking lot. They were great to deal with and have their own appraisers so my insurance rates them highly and accepts their estimate. The work they did was top notch! My truck looks beautiful again!

I have been in a couple of scrapes in my time. I sideswiped a guardrail on one occasion and the whole side of my car was completely scratched up. They worked with my insurance and got it looking like new again. Must recently I broke my side view mirror
Off and I was self paying. They found a scrapped mirror and painted it so that you could not tell anything happened. The price was extremely fair. It happened on Sunday and it was fixed on Thursday.

When someone says 25 days for repairs, rarely do I believe them.
22 days after intake, my Subaru was good as new! They keep you informed and up to date on everything. Great business!!

In the last 4 years my wife & daughter's cars have been hit 4 times. Not one of these were their faults. Moon Autobody is AWESOME!!!! Always repaired perfectly, always in the time frame estimated, and the staff is very friendly and really care about you as a customer. I wish my cars would stop getting hit but at least I know I can rely and trust Moon Autobody.

Horrible service rude people inside refused to clean all of orange marker off of car lied about estimates and checking all complaints that was going on after accident. What about the rude staff and them telling me to get the duck off the property. Refusing to clean the orange marks off the car. The car insurance company sent me there for the estimat cause they where a approved shop. They where to stupid to find a water leak and claimed it was there for awhile cause my trunk was all rusted out.(see pics my of my trunk) and by the way the estimate was done and approved by them

Absolutely the best!!! I was hit by another driver. My truck was towed to Moon Auto Body.
I received prompt and professional attention. I would definitely go back to Moon Auto Body for any Auto Body work. But I do hope I'm not hit again by another driver again.

Moon Autobody did great work on my car and in a day less than I was told it would take. They also cleaned it and the staff were very friendly especially Pat who I worked with.
