I offer my supportive and compassionate presence, a safe environment, and professional training to help you restore balance and find fulfillment in life. Together we will explore the areas that are troubling you, uncover and understand the core issues, and develop more effective ways to cope.

Sometimes, however, anxiety can become overwhelming and begin to negatively impact your relationships, school or working situations, and the overall quality of your life.

The Attention Deficit Disorder Association estimates that as many as 85% of adults with ADD have never been formally diagnosed.
Everyone feels down from time to time. In fact, sadness is one of the basic human emotions. Clinical depression differs from the normal sadness in its intensity, duration and significant negative effect on the quality of your life. Not everyone experiences clinical depression in the same way, and the way you experience it may vary over time.
