I understand everyone is short staffed and that means long wait times. I waited over an hour for this... see below. I just paid almost $30 for this????

I returned to have them fix this. They did an incredible job, the manager was very helpful and made sure everything was done right. Thank you.

Rude attendants. First time there. Won't be back. It's sad that finding workers is so hard. Unfortunately it leaves companies accepting the bottom of the barrel for employees. As a customer, I will not tolerate it.

It's my first time getting a red carpet car wash by myself. I just got my car washed around 5pm. I realized that they were closing in 30 minutes and honestly I felt bad coming so late. I got the platinum wash and also my car (2021 toyota rav4) scratched. It's where my tires are at on the black part left side. I was quite disappointed. I should've checked my car before taking off the lot. So when I got home, I check my dash cam to see when it happened. I heard the weird noise when the machine were a few minutes into the wash on the video.
Never coming back to be honest.

Very friendly, informative and finished my truck 2 hrs ahead of estimated time. Work was performed very well except they didnt clean screen of radio but not a big deal. Good people, good job, good experience.

Good customer service 👍🏾😆🙋🏾‍♀️and the Young Lady ☺️ that worked in the Store was Absolutely Fabolous. I got a Oil Change as well as a Car wash. The Car Wash was questionable needs a little work but the Ppl are Great. Everything was done in a timely manner.

There is not many car wash in Fresno or surrounding areas that still have the staff to completely wash and dry your car. But, they do and they do a good job and the best part about it is that they pay their staff minimum $15 an hour which I think it's wonderful in today's Economic Times keep up the good work

Dang!! Alisha the service girl behind the counter really does a great job! she fast and efficient and had me in and out before i knew it. Shes super friendly and they all did a great job!! Will be coming back again

Please explain to me manager JoAnn how this is stuff your staff didn’t think was trash in my vehicle. You stated that there’s change underneath it and that’s why they didn’t clean it? They couldn’t even see the change because of the trash they didn’t throw away. That’s funny because when you guys cleaned my husband vehicle you threw everything away even his important paperwork. I paid for a service that wasn’t done.

Red Carpet Carwash is my go to, I'm there every Monday for at LEAST a ride and shine to clean the outside of my car, about once a month though I'll go to clean the inside, they're the best I always feel welcome w the people who work here. I cannot say enough good things about the staff who work here, they're always friendly. Also they just added a new future for the ride and shine i sounds like bubbles lathering which for some reason I weirdly appreciate lololol.

Red Carpet in Clovis is definitely my go to car wash! The entire team is beyond friendly and work hard to make sure my car looks great! Joey and Chris always recommend the best wash for my needs! Great job team keep it up!!!

Red carpet is great if you want the outside of your car washed. As far as the inside goes, its mediocre. They miss a lot vacuuming, they dont actually clean the interior dash or steering wheel, they wipe it with a spray so it looks darker but it still has the natural oils and grime from your hands and arms. I try and clean my car before I take it in but when I did miss a fry and chicken nugget from my grandson, it was still on the floor between his seat and the other bucket seat. I opened my sunroof shade and there were lots of water spots because the top wasnt dried. It's a decent base

Terrible customer service and when you talk to a manager it's like they really don't care. The guy asking what packages you want was all "What do you want?" Like really I've never been here. That should of been the first red flag and I should of just drive off.

For the amount of money I paid to have my car clean I should of just done it myself. It's like they didn't even clean it at all. My windows are smudge and not clean the door jams didn't even get clean or the touch screens weren't

I love this full service car wash! The car gets clean in and out. And plus, while you wait, free popcorn! There are places to wait both inside and out. The inside has a restroom, an a little shop to purchase car accessories, and this last time I went they had a greeting card section as well.

The staff is usually very friendly with us. Last time I went, there was someone in training, and he was great! Plus the trainer was great with him as well. I love seeing folks learning the job, and when their trainers are motivating, well that just means you have good people working there.

By far this is the worst car detailing service center i have visited. They do not honor their own commitments. Simply wasted my time and did not even give an apology for their mistake. Think twice before you take your car for a detailing at this location. First time I went there for my car detailing, they asked me to pay $175 for the gold package and after I paid them the money, they said they cannot do detailing to my truck. When I asked for a refund, they said they don't do the refunds and asked me to come back after two days so that they will do the detailing manually. I went there after two

I went there today around 10am .
The first guy that wrote down the paper was very rude and argue with me that the other car was before me. That was fine .
The rudest thing was he lied and said it was 1 1/2 hours wait and said "Do you want to wait 1 1/2 hours" In fact they have lot is empty spaces where they usually dry out your cars.
I waited and it was only took 1/2 hour.
I came here monthly to do my 2 cars for car wash or sometimes I did the ride and shine.
We have been using red carpets for 16 years.
I am not sure if I will take my cars back anymore where I feel that I am not

The last two times I used red carpet things went missing. The first time they took a CHP emblem my son gave me and I kept it in the car. The second time they took a cheap utility knife I keep in the car for emergencies. Now I have to completely clean out my car of any tiny thing because they will take it. It didn't used to be this way. I will avoid using them in the future

We love Red Carpet Car Wash. Full service Car Washes do not exist where we live now, in North Idaho. When we are in Fresno, this is the place to go and enjoy an absolutely clean vehicle.

Paid 33.99 to wash my truck and this place is a joke !!!!!!!!! They didn't even vacuum under the car mats worst car wash ever my 5 year old can do a better job this place had been falling off in recent years but now it's the worst it's even been !!!

This car wash is always packed so I decided to see what all the buzz was about. Got the $28.99 package and overall the car looks really good, though small details were skipped like the dust on odd angles on the dash and side doors. It's super busy here so I get it. It doesn't look like the trunk vacuuming was included (maybe that's my mistake for thinking it would be), and there are some tough bug spots still on the front bumper, but much less than when using the surf thru drive through car wash down the street. This was my very first time coming to this location as I have noticed it's always busy here and assumed I was going to have a good experience, unfortunately it will be my last. I typically wash my own vehicle at home, but thought I would splurge and give this place a shot.

I decided to go all out and get their full service platinum plus package for $33.99.....it was just alright. There was nothing really special about this package that made me feel like $34 bucks was worth a full service car wash. My windows had streaks and the car was still dripping water even after they hand towel dried

I don't mind their drive thru automatic but for the $49.99 detail car wash and interior cleaning it was very poor results and no visible difference. My partner and I ended up going to another place and re-wash and vacuum our truck. The manager said he'd have a free rewash when I get back but to see 4 people working on your interior and the seats and cup holders were dirty, were they faking it?! I'd rather not return for low quality service.

Expect to go over the work done if you do go here. Vacuuming was unacceptable, the windows were smudged and it was pretty much "half done" throughout.
Definitely not worth the $65+ that i spent here for all the extra services.

Worst car wash of my life. Dysfunctional team that doesn't tell you where to go. Went thru the machine, nothing happened. They tell me to go through again and when I pull around, they ask me what I'm doing. Just all around crappy overpriced service. Don't waste your time or money here.
