Wanted a place to get the full over the top detail cleaning of the interior so settled on this place since they offer steam cleaning of the interior and many other types of interior cleaning, so I went and spent a couple hundred bucks the first time it wasn't all that they promised I figured that I went on a bad day and took it as lost I did not want to complain,( although I was not happy with it) The second time I came here and this was months if not about a year later I got the same thing done and immediately after I get in my car I regretted it they steamed off the protective layer on my

PLEASE READ BEFORE GOING...I asked for a hand wash for my Volkswagen convertible bug and right after I noticed the fabric on the top was all ripped up. The amount of lies and disrespect my dad and I received was outrageous. Very poor customer service. Not only did I feel uncomfortable going to this place by myself but they kept trying to make me pay for a service that was way too expensive for my little car. I ended up paying more than what I wanted and I can see there hand prints on my rear window and the carpets still look dirty. Dust was also on my seats right when I got my car back, not worth

Took my car in this morning. It had some bad hard water spots from the sprinklers at my boyfriend's gated community that were starting to ruin my car. He said Great American Car Wash was the best and would be able to fix it. They exceeded my expectations and my car looks better than it did new. Extremely happy and highly recommend 😁 Thank you!

First time having my car washed at GA car wash 2/8/20 3:46 I have a Santa Fe suv so maybe that's why they didn't do the top of the car. They didn't vacuum the back of the car, they didn't do a good job on the windows and they did a horrible job on the top of my car. I stood on the door jams to clean it with a little help from one of the workers there but gave up when I realized I was better off cleaning the top at home myself. 60% of the car looked good so it wasn't a complete waste. It took me about 20 minutes to clean windows, top of car and vacuum the back. I paid $16 a half price deal for a

AJ and his staff are very welcoming. Doesn't compare to experiences I've had at other car wash businesses, where staff is constantly attempting to convince me to upgrade washes. Staff and AJ were very straight forward, and very customer service oriented. They were very attentive in making my stay as comfortable as I waited for an interior cleaning. I live two hours away from this car wash and I find myself only getting my car washed when I come to town, so that says something right there. Thanks!

I've taken my car here for about a year. I've generally been pleased with the price and the quality, although the people working there have not always been responsive to requests.
Today I actually Mr. Rassamani, who owns the place.
It was a disappointing encounter.
I've always prepaid for my washes because of the discount. Each time I use one of the washes, I get an updated receipt showing the balance remaining on the card.
Mr. Rassamani found himself unable to produce a printed receipt. I didn't expect this to be a problem since businesses have been hand writing receipts

Well I got the $17.00 wash and it looked like they dried it with dirty towels or something. When I wash it myself it comes out 5X better! And the tire stuff they use is weak!! So I'm gonna wash it myself first thing in the morning! I won't be going back there!! ....i haven't had a chance to write another review since this last one. But the day after the owner call me directly and was very apologetic and very concerned and asked me to please bring my car back so they can hook my car up!! So I haven't had a chance to but I was pleased with his professional concern!!!

What a huge mistake I made going to great American car wash!!
29.99 for a poorly washed vehicle.
The attendant at didn't speak English very well and every wash I asked about all he said was no armor all tires. So I bought the better wash that included armor all tires.. as truck was at drying stage i watched guy climb over the side of truck bed to get in back and rub shoe against bed scratching it . No armor all on tires. And bent front lic plate. Didn't clean the plastic trim on bumper and side steps. Was told that's extra in detail dep. Guy slaps my wiper blades down with rag

I paid $27.99 so I could get the interior cleaned and cleaned well. My car needed a lot of work but that's why I paid more. Theres still stuff everywhere and fingerprints on the rear windows. Wasn't wiped very well if at all and still needs some vacuuming. I've included pictures and the receipt. I was just there and kind of regret it

I usually come here but last few times it's not been Great. Not sure if something going on with owner/management but this visit I've been sitting here for over 40 minutes and my car hasn't let the vacuum area. Spoke to the 1 of 3 guys here and all he had to say is there shorthanded obviously. Checked in st 9:24 it's now 10:05 and my car just came thru. Not happy

Initially, I wanted to give this a 3 Star review, however, when I let an employee know about certain areas on the vehicle that was not up to par, the individual went back to the vehicle without hesitation and made sure those areas were detailed. Another employee, walked around the vehicle, and noticed it was not up to standard - so the individual let the employees who were working on the vehicle know that they needed to clean the areas that were previously missed. I greatly appreciate the individual who went above and beyond to ensure that this vehicle was thoroughly cleaned inside and out. You

Came here on a late Sunday afternoon to get my boyfriend's car washed. I've never been to a car wash facility and after my experience I would definitely come back again.
I was warmly welcomed by their lot attendant in which they assisted me on which package I should go with. It was my first time there so I used the yelp check in for 50% off my wash package. They took the car and I went straight to the lobby and waited until the car was ready.
After 20 minutes that zoomed by quickly, one of the porters came to notify me that the car was finished! They washed the car and waxed the tires

I am super pleased with the service provided by the owner Aj, his wife, and staff.
I had asked several other businesses for quotes regarding some of the concerns I had about my car. Only Aj took his time of out his busy schedule to address my concerns. Aj also mention to me that he can give me a demo on the areas of my concerns. I couldn't pass up on someone who cared about my needs and concerns.
When I arrived I was greeted by a staff and AJ. I was given a demo and was AMAZED how well the steam cleaning took off the stains on my floor. I decided to go with their service and boy was I glad

Went in on a rainy day and I was the only customer. The cashier was sloppy and looked like he was dragged to work by a bus. Then after taking 15 minutes to get my car actually started up in the process the cashier and another poorly groomed man detailed my car so poorly that I'll never return. Hand prints on car, missed the trunk completely, all cracks were still dirty and it's possible they scratched my bumper. All this $25 plus $5 tip

I got a steam clean and a deep carpet wash. Well, my carpets still have dirt on them, like I wouldn't have thought they touched it but it was soaking wet (dripping). I think they did an alright job with the steam clean. My seats don't FEEL cleaner but they don't smell like dirt anymore. Everyone seemed a bit rude there, except for the men cleaning the cars, they seemed nice. They said theyd call when my car was done and i waited until 4 with no call and so i called them and they were like "yep your car has been done for awhile." THANKS.
