Horrible experience. The lady at the front desk was EXTREMELY rude. I arrived to see a doctor and was told the wait was 90 minutes. She told me I was not allowed to wait in the waiting room and must wait in my car. My wife went to grab a coffee and reparked the car about 5 minutes later. I waited in the parking lot for over 2 hours and went in to ask what was going on. The lady rudely told me she immediately removed me from the wait list when she saw the car move. She did not notify me that she removed me and watched me sit out there for over 2 hours knowing I was waiting for nothing. She waited

Turned away from an appointment this morning. I made a mistake and clicked the wrong option when booking, but the receptionist was extremely rude throughout the process. I have two sisters and a brother who are nurses, so I know that things can get hectic, but the receptionist asked for sensitive medication information (medication names) over a loud speaker in the foyer (the glass doors before you even get into the practice) in front of other strangers who were - which, in addition to being unprofessional, is also a violation of my confidentiality rights as a patient- unacceptable. Walked up to

I was told over the phone (after calling twice to confirm that is indeed the case) that they accept walk-ins for Covid testing. When I arrived, I was rudely told that is not the case. Honestly, I should have read the other critical reviews here and learned that their practice essentially encourages people to lie. What a waste of time, and what a joke.

The only thing this place provided was the knowledge that you have to lie about symptoms to get what you want. Facilities should indiscriminately provide tests to patients when they request one. Not be turned away - just like this facility did to me. (Only for me to be accepted somewhere else and get the tests i needed). We need a better health provider in the area. But also credit to them to adding to the screwed up COVID system across the nation.

When I came to get tested, they told me the wait would be 1.5hrs. I’m waiting in my car and after about an hour and a half I call to get an update on my place in line. The woman who answered the phone told me that I had only been waiting 23 minutes and that I would have to continue to wait. I told her that was incorrect and that I received a check in text an hour and half ago (which I offered to show her). She was very unapologetic and had a tone in her voice that made it seem like she thought I was lying. She claimed that there was nothing she could do because it was the system. I had to continue

We came for covid testing twice- once for my 3yr old son. I applaud the patience, diligence and high standards that Physicians Immediate provided. The staff followed safety protocol to a 'T' . They had us wait the 20min to find out results and afterwards, a clinician came to speak with us. I really appreciated this because they gave us a full protocol to follow for every scenario (exposure, quarantine/isolation etc). With CDC information changing on what seems to be every week, it is even hard for me to keep track. We were treated with the upmost care and I truly appreciate every single person

Hate going to the doctor’s office but this place makes it so easy. Staff is always friendly and professional. I was in before my actual appointment time and out quickly but after a thorough exam by the doctor. She also gave me a few things I could do to keep healthy for the winter season. Definitely recommend.

Excellent facility, clean and competently staffed. Providers were friendly and knowledgeable and the wait was not long for a walk in. (Deep laceration in hand)
Beware of the parking. I parked in the lot adjacent to the facility, which I thought was their lot and it was nearly empty, making parking with one hand a bit easier. (CoreYoga) Upon leaving, I was met by a Denver boot and a $170 bill to get it removed. Unpleasant end to an otherwise quite positive experience.
