At Nourishing Medicine we see each patient as a person with unique needs. As such, we provide personalized healthcare to meet your needs. The goal of the initial visit is to get to know you as a person and to design a plan of care that is tailored specifically to your needs. Please plan on 1 1/2 -2 hours for your initial visit. During this visit we perform a urine test, obtain your vital signs along with height and weight, review your paperwork, perform a physical exam and design an initial plan of care for you.
Nourishing Medicine is now part of Blue Cross Blue Shield network. If you have Blue Cross insurance, you will pay your co-payment or co-insurance at time of service. Nourishing Medicine will then bill BCBS. When you provide your insurance information Nourishing Medicine will assist in determining your co-pay amount.
At Nourishing Medicine, LLC we offer all of our patients Primary Care Plus. What is Primary Care Plus? Primary Care Plus is going above and beyond the normal primary care, you may have received in the past. We search for the root cause of the problem with in-depth testing, not just treating the symptoms, and allowing the body to heal from the inside out.
