Warning: We had a terrible experience with this company. We hired them to evaluate our server architecture and improve functioning, among other things. After 6 months and our spending well over $25,000 for a new server, switch, and software upgrades, we still had excessive down Time which frustrated our whole team immeasurably. The replacement tech company, which has been onsite for 2 days, has made things work better than Eaton did in six months.
