Services
We will custom rebuild any starter, alternator, generator, distributor, magneto, traction motor on an R&R bases or exchanges available. All units are completely disassembled and cleaned, and rebuilt to exceed or match OEM specs. All units are fully tested before shipping. We specialize in restoration rebuilding of antique starter, alternator, and generators from the turn of century to present.
North Star Auto Electric carries the highest quality remanufactured and new units from brand names like. Delco Remy, Leece Neville, Bosch, Prestolite and Denso. We are also an authorized dealer for these product lines. We carry a full line of Pertronix ignition kits and coils. We also carry Quick Cable products for your cable needs.

Brett is an awesome tech.. Always happy to help you with your custom needs.. I've never had any issue with anything he's built for me and he's built me several starters and alternators. Very knowledgeable and you pay for what you get.. Its not cheap to build a custom alternator. He's very honest and open about what he does to your product. A great local business that I'd spend the extra buck just to support and keep this unique business alive.
