I purchased a beautiful front door handle set, but unfortunately it didn't fit quite right. When I called Fallbrook Locksmith, they were able to have someone out the following day to address my issue. My front door looks beautiful! I left a message asking that a locksmith come to our house. My husband had lost his car, house and mailbox keys. My call was promptly returned. The woman on the phone was pleasant and professional. Chris came to our house on time. He was friendly and professional. We had our keys replaced in just a few minutes and the price was reasonable given all of our needs. This was a different experience from other companies I called. They didn't even call back. I highly recommend this company!

Recently moved to the area so had the house locks rekeyed. Chris went above and beyond. The front door lock set needed fixing, he stayed as long needed to make it work until he could get new parts. Wanted to be sure the house would be secure. Kept us posted on progress and when the parts arrived, came out quickly to finish the job. We've had contact with other businesses to do various fixes to the house and Chris is the only one who has kept appointments and finished the job correctly. Highly recommend.

Chris came out to change out some of our locks and did an incredible job. We was flexible enough to make a schedule change with us, and we were very impressed by his level of service. Super friendly guy, and wasn't afraid to put in some extra work to make sure the doors closed properly. Had a door that wasn't closing properly, he changed the lock and adjusted the door without us even requesting it. Great service, great guy. Would happily use him again and highly recommend him to friends!

I cannot say enough good things about Chris and his work. We called to have our house rekeyed and got an appointment right away. We decided that we didn't want all the doors to have the same key and Chris did everything we asked without any hiccups. We wanted a pocket door lock rekeyed too and Chris not only did it but also tightened the latch. Someone had tried to kick in the front door when we were away some time ago and Chris took the entire door apart to make sure it was working like new. It hadn't been working properly since then so Chris came back with parts he had salvaged from

We just moved into our home in Fallbrook and needed to get all of our doors re-keyed. With a ton of other moving projects going on, we decided to just pay for someone to come do this one. I was surprised how affordable and quick the whole process was. It was a relief to easily check off a to-do item. Chris was very pleasant and maneuvered around our moving mess without complaint. Scenario: We have a floor safe where the dial has been broken, no code, and has been drilled but never successfully opened. Must have it opened by end of month as we are in escrow.
Plan: Call every locksmith we can find and see if we can get someone to open it. (Seems easy right?)

Almost 5 pm on a Saturday dealing with a busted industrial lock on our business. Called around without luck. 1. no response, 2. we can't work with that lock, 3. Left message 4. the closest I got - an inflated quote because we were 10 miles away. Fallbrook locksmith was fifth in line, only because that's how the search results displayed. Chris came out within a couple hours and got the job done.

We had inherited a 72VW van without any keys. Those for the doors were no problem, however, the one for the ignition became a big problem. We were assured by the office that the Locksmith could do that. At the first visit the Locksmith was hesitant. So we called again to clarify whether or not he could do it. We were again assured that he could do it. So the second time the Locksmith arrived with the ignition, but he was still as hesitant as before. I can skip the following problem. I feel I have to make you aware NOT to deal with the office without being "allowed" to talk with
