Hello My Name is Tiffany and I currently work for this agency. Do Not Apply they don't like to pay you for working. I've been owed 14 hours for over a month. Coordination will ignore your complaint and then call you to work. They also will ignore your calls for weeks at a time I worked over 40 hours and got a check for six hours and then the coordinator held on to the time sheets without processing them. If you are looking for a good company please don't apply here. Trouble and Lies is all they give

I went to the Bronx office for my job interview and it was nothing less than GREAT KELSEY was very nice and helpful had no problem answering questions and making sure I understood every detail 🙂
I hope they have everything fixed with payroll and don't have the issue of missing payments or there being a glitch in the system.

I am currently employed by this company.
And I’m sad to say my experiences as of lately have been less than pleasant. For the whole month of July there were issues with payroll. First it was a Glitch. Then someone forgot to process 12 hours to my paycheck leaving my paycheck short 160.00. And when I finally got my check it was 144.00. Trying to get clear answers from someone is like pulling teeth. Reception is either rude or doesn’t answer at all. Messages are never returned. It’s just very very unpleasant to go through as an employee. Especially during these trying times when financial

I went in and applied for a CDPAP a few weeks ago. I would say the young lady from the Bronx location was very respectful. She answered all my questions. She helped me through the application process and was always on top to make sure I was getting all my paperwork done on time. Recommend to anyone who is looking for an agency to take care of a loved one.
