When gateway does not have a tire we need at my shop, we will take the risk of using wholesale.
they wont deliver on time, leave us hanging, and the representatives wont ever answer or even care. once, we had to go pick up the tires ourselves because they think its ok to deliver after our closing time.
Gateway is reliable, punctual, and always care. Cant believe how unprofessional wholesale is. shame on you guys.

Office people are nice and friendly but there is quite unreasonable person in customer pickup door. they delivered wrong tires, I went there for exchange but the person says I have to pay for restocking fee $100! of course I never paid but this guy has bad behavior. he has no tires I've ordered and takes 3 weeks for next supply. finally I have to bring back unwanted sized tires. very disappointing result. Sorry Al, but it was a bad experience from one of your employ.
