Andy and the whole team are amazing! My car was stolen while we were traveling over 4th of July weekend and Andy got me taken care of in no time on Saturday of the holiday weekend! In less than 30 minutes he had filed my claim and had me in a rental car--again on a Saturday morning of a holiday weekend. He stood by and guided me throughout the claims process to make it seamless--Andy and the team consistently went above and beyond until the claim was settled.

Andy sat down with me and went over my current auto and home insurance policy. While he could not beat the current quote in certain areas, he still made recommendations on how to better protect myself and family regarding certain aspects of my current policy. This is my second review of Andy Mcleod and I wish I could have the star rating go up instead of just staying at 5 stars. I recently had to call on Andy multiple times to help me out with applying for a home loan, because I needed documentation of home insurance. While Andy also does home loans, he not once asked me or pressured me into seeing if I wanted to check out what he had to offer, instead he just immediately e-mailed me the paper work that I needed. Andy is literally the best. Super knowledgeable, great to work with and will go out of his way to take care of anything you need done. I've had tons of insurance agents, state farm and not and he is the creme de la creme. If you're tired of just being another number in someone's book like other places in town, I highly recommend Andy, his team and their impeccable customer service.

As far as customer service goes, Andy is as good as it gets. He will bend over backwards to help you if he can. This means that he often is swamped with customers and his time can be hard to get a piece of every now and then, but it is totally worth it! He was able to get our home refinance through the underwriters with StateFarm Bank even when no one else wanted to touch it! I run a couple businesses and he helps me plan for the future with IRAs, car insurance, home insurance, life insurance and so much more! He's my friendly neighborhood State Farm guy!

Our family have been Hartford loyalists for 50 years. That is until a month ago. We received the annual premiums and I made a courtesy call to make sure the profile data was correct and to advise that two vehicles were strictly leisure. Guess what? They turned around and raised our premiums instead of lowering them and then had the gall to ask me if "they could count on us for our business". I think not. So we started shopping for quotes.
