Joe was extremely thorough with his report. He understands when doing inspections for clients buying homes that it is not anything to take lightly as it deals with their and their families future. His price was well below others we have used who gave us less thorough of a report. His customer service was on point and was very friendly and responsive. He took time to explain the report before sending it and what each "key" and color meant and mentioned things of concern vs. Major safety issues. Will be recommending him to others!
