Services
A home inspection is not protection against future failures. Components like air conditioners and heat systems can and will break down. A home inspection attempts to reveal the condition of the component at the time the component was inspected. A home inspector will determine the approximate age of each component and offer advice regarding the average life expectancy to help you plan for future expenses.
Tests for Nitrate/Nitrite, coli form, fecal/E. Pressurize plumbing system to 40 psi and drain all plumbing fixtures to include hot water heater. Install antifreeze in all traps and drains. A visual inspection is included with every full home inspection for no additional charge. If you need a written report there will be an additional fee of $25 for a home on a slab or full basement.
What is a home inspection? A home inspection is an objective visual examination of the physical structure and systems of a home, from the roof to the foundation. Having a home inspected is like giving it a physical check-up. If problems or symptoms are found, the inspector may recommend further evaluation.

Jeff G was our inspector. He was on time, answered all of our questions, and he was very thorough. He completed our paperwork quicker than expected and walked through the entire property with us. Jeff did a really good job in inspecting the house we are buying. He arrived a little earlier than we scheduled, and kindly explained all the detailed information we should know before his work. Since this is the first time we are buying a house in the U.S. and our first inspection, Jeff explained and answered our rookie questions patiently.
