Services
Adrian is a fourth generation grape grower from North East, Pennsylvania. He spent his formative years nurturing grapes and orchards just off the coast of Lake Erie. Jessica, no stranger to farm life, grew-up on a wheat farm in Western Kansas. Both found themselves in Southern Delaware, and it was fate when a mutual friend introduced the two.
As you travel the back roads of Sussex County Delaware, you may not expect to find a 26-acre winery, but that's exactly what you will stumble upon when you turn onto Blackwater Road. Look for the Salted Vines sign and behind it you will see our very first vines, planted in April of 2016. Since then we've planted an acre of Malbec in 2017 and an acre of Vermentino in 2019 on the land located behind our tasting room building.
Warm and inviting. Elegant yet cozy. That's the vibe you'll get here in the Salted Vines Tasting Room. Every part of the decor was carefully considered and most of it was built or put in place by the owners or someone on the SV team, from the hand-poured concrete countertops to staining each piece of wood on the pallet wall.
This is where the magic happens! The Salted Vines production room is kept at chilly 64 degrees, keeping the room at the ideal temperature for making your favorite wines and storing all of the wine inventory. Inside this room, you will find all kinds of equipment needed to create the wine on our shelves; including many stainless steel tanks, several barrels, the bottling, labeling, corking, and sealing machines, and more!
Salted Vines is excited to offer The Salted Vino Experience, our new and expanded educational wine tasting journey! This elevated wine tasting experience introduces guests to our extensive wine showcase and is offered in a seated, intimate group setting, led by an educational wine tender.
Participants will enjoy a sampling of all of the wines in our showcase paired with a savory meat and cheese charcuterie box, and you will receive a keepsake mini wine glass to take with you.For groups of more than 10 guests, please contact us to set up your Salted Vino Experience.

Preston the operations director made the whole experience amazing!!! The private tasting, hilarious foodie discussions, and relaxed ambiance we're incomparable. Thank you so much for giving my friends and me the VIP treatment! We felt valued and had a great time sipping and learning! Can't wait to visit again - well worth the out-of-state drive.

My sisters'and I love going vineyard hopping. It's way better than bar hopping. We came across this lovely place during one of our hopping adventures right after the covid pandemic and we loved it .the people were friendly and the wines!!!! Omg the wines are the best! We loved it so much we didn't mind the 2hr and 45min drive up . And we came back a second time and we're the last to leave. I had a awesome trip (winky face) you had to be there to know..lol also When we came the second time they had a food truck there the tipsy flamingo and wow their food was on point. My wife and have been enjoying this winery for years! We love the relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff. We especially enjoy when music is played there. Preston, the director of operations and general manager, stopped by to talk with us and we appreciated his enthusiasm and willingness to listen to our ideas. We highly recommend visiting this winery to enjoy their wine and entertainment!

My wife and I came here one Saturday afternoon. We interacted with 4 servers there and everyone was just so helpful and delightful to talk with! They have whites, roses and reds. We enjoyed every one and several were quite excellent. The facility is very warm and inviting. The attention to detail is evident in many ways. I found the best to be that they painted parking spaces on the gravel parking lot! They said they have to redo it every three weeks but it helps for parking and safety. When you go you have to check out the toilet paper roll holders. Yes, I know that's crazy but I thought they

We don't have many vineyards around here. Its a nice place to have a glass of wine and listen to a live band outside.
Revision: We bought wine mixed drinks a cheese tray and soda's went back to get ice and kinda got hassled about it lol I mean I guess I can run a credit card for .25 cents...... She reluctantly gave me ..honestly 4 ice cubes as if it was a huge favor. Idk left a bad taste in my mouth. We even tipped 20percent even though we served ourselves. Petty now I feel annoid while drinking my coke with no ice
