New Great Wall Chinese Restaurant

They gave my husband the completely wrong food in the bag and essentially charged him wrong. They had the last4 # of my cell on the receipt, so clearly they confused themselves.
I UNDERSTAND MISTAKES HAPPEN…
HOWEVER-I called and stated the issue. She read back what was in the bag. “Yes, ma’am, that’s not what we ordered.” To confuse it even more, the order we received didn’t have everything in it. She then needed my order AGAIN, fine. Had to repeat it THREE TIMES.
She proceeded to say we could come back and get our order. Well I made sure to mention I wanted it cooked again due to

Delicious food, especially the egg rolls. The fried rice tasted like rubber however so it was probably overcooked. Everything else was great besides the fact they are still in covid mode and don't let you sit inside! They have this box they put your food in and they don't even let you in the restaurant! I'm not sure why and I'm not sure why they won't reopen the inside. I don't mind eating in the car but I'd like if they got out of covid mode since it's July 2021

The fried rice we got was the color of mac and cheese. Wait time was extremely long and their son / some 13yo(?) was running all of the transactions and taking orders. I felt bad.

I’ve been there several times and they do very good .I like the food

Pleasantly surprised! Best Chinese food we have had in quite a long time. New to the area and first time trying them. Will go back for sure as long as quality stays this good.

We were hoping for something better than our usual take out place. This was a little better in some areas. Chicken was over cooked and almost dry. The steak and peppers should have had more steak. Shrimp dishes only had 4 shrimp. But the sauces were better.

Noticeable difference (for the better)! with the new owners! We had stopped going to Great Wall but today we went back and were pleasantly surprised! everything was extremely fresh and not greasy! Great meal!!
