Allclear Septic & Wastewater
The State of Massachusetts initiated a law in 1995, requiring all on-site sewage treatment systems to fall under specific guidelines. This was in response to concerns about the contamination of groundwater and local drinking water supplies as a result of antiquated septic systems and cesspools within Massachusetts.

The Code of Massachusetts Regulations (310 CMR, Section 15.00) states that Title 5 Inspection: Protects you and your neighbors from public health threats. DEP, local Boards of Health and system owners all share the responsibility for the proper sitting, construction, upgrade and maintenance of on-site systems.

If you own a home that has a private sewage treatment system in the State of Massachusetts, you are required to have a State-Certified Title V Inspector perform an official Title V Inspection on your system prior to selling your home or building an addition.

If you own a home in Rhode Island some towns require routine inspections by certified state septic inspectors, some towns will also require a septic inspection prior to issuing a building permit, and most banks require an inspection prior to issuing a mortgage.Since 1995, the State of Massachusetts has required homeowners to have their private sewage treatment system check thoroughly by a State-Certified Title V Inspector.
Proper septic system inspection is the best way to prevent property owners from having to face unexpected and costly repairs. An inspector can determine whether you are disposing of sewage and gray wastewater in a safe and legal manner. Since 1995, the State of Massachusetts has required residential and commercial property owners to pass a Title V Inspection of their on-site sewage treatment systems before they can sell the property.

Fantastic company. I cannot say enough good things about All Clear Septic & Wastewater Services. Bob Silva came to my rescue when other companies were reluctant to help me with a septic/leach field system that failed within 5-months. Bob Silva was amazing in reviewing every aspect of the previous installation and found it a challenge to discover what would make a brand-new system fail in such a short period of time. Bob went above and beyond by to assist me and to get key players to my land to show and document his findings. He and his team provided superior service and workmanship. His project

RUN AWAY, if I could give zero stars I would. No show on the first visit, no one called to tell me they weren't coming, no replied back to my voicemail and then no one even called to acknowledge that no one showed up. Tried again hoping it was just a one time thing, no showed AGAIN, and the excuse was Mondays are busy time gets away. Then the excuse for Friday was that they accidentally wrote the wrong house number down but no one called to figure out where right house was. Find it hard to believe that the house number was an issue when the person I spoke to recalled that title5 that was

They actually go under All-Clear Septic and Wastewater Services so I'm not sure who named it this (if it was a another yelper) ... but what I do have to say, is that the gentleman who came out to our home (my husband forgets his name lol) today - was EXCELLENT. He was fast, very friendly, and got the job done. (Thank God the rain stopped)

The main office scheduled this without any issues-they answered all the questions my husband had in regards to obtaining a title V certificate that passes - and they gave him a 12-4 time that they would be there at the house (it could've taken that
