This includes all components and materials needed for the septic system assuming it is a sand system with plastic chambers and does not require a remove and replace. Stone systems, concrete chambers and remove and replace would be an additional cost priced upon additional time and materials.
All lots are different but our price is for the average size lot give or take but if the lot is enormous and needs fill hauled in or hauled out its obvious the lot will need to be priced accordingly.

1. Usually you will have some sort of effluent (septic grey water) leaking out of the ground near or on your leaching area. Sometimes it wont break out of the ground but will just start backing up into the tank and eventually into the plumbing of the house. A good way to check would be to open your septic tank cover and check the level of the waste in your tank.
