Let me start by saying I do believe one star is a bit too much for this company, all their worth is zero.
Not only do they lack professionalism but also the basic human emotion of caring and sympathizing with their clients. Went in for a simple spot of laser hair removal and received life long damages. After being severely burned by Carrie Jenkins, they played it off and try to sweep it under the carpet to keep it a hush. No!! Not this customer, I am left with PERMANENT BURNS and SCARS to my chin & neck because of negligence by Carrie and the company

Dr,Rubin ,is the best. He makes you feel like he is your family. Very knowledgeable and very professional. My wife been coming here over 3 yrs. Trust me ,she doesn’t trust doctors so easy. Then young lady on the front desk very nice and very knowledgeable about the products they have in there office. This place is the best in every way.

I’ve visited Spa Cosmedica 3 times for medical and relaxation purposes and my experience had been great each time. The staff is friendly and communicative making sure to patiently tend to your needs before moving on to the next visitor. The doctors and nurses are A1 by being attentive to your needs and answering all of my questions and concerns without the awkward upsell that happens at some other places. If you’re in the market, you can’t go wrong here.

After being a longtime client (15+ years), the frequent turnover of doctors and technicians coupled with the dismissive receptionist and lack of availability have resulted in me moving on and finding another spa. At this point, they can not accommodate ANY evening appointments unless you book 2 months in advance and they have completely eliminated their weekend availability. This makes it almost impossible to maintain any sort of series of treatments (in spite that being the recommendation for optimal results) or for anyone with a full time job to be a client. I was so blown away when I walked in for my appointment. It looks very clinical from the outside but such a beautiful, relaxing, spa vibe when you enter. The staff was warm and knowledgeable.
They’re running some great summer specials right now on their website. I did the Skinceuticals Smart TCA peel with Paula. She was amazing and I’m obsessed with that peel! Expect 5-7 days of peeling after the treatment but so worth it. It smoothed my skin and lightened my minor sun spots. They also offer everything from massages to body scrubs, and even microneedling.
