SOS beware!!! Do not stay here, this place is trash. Especially if you're booking online and can't see the actual motel. After we checked in we found unsatisfactory conditions in the bathroom and the road noise is unimaginable. We had two towels for four people and told to check with the maid on the property, which was nowhere to be found. Very sketchy place. We will be disputing any charges, we left very soon after checking in, couldn't take it. The place should probably be leveled and rebuilt... maybe without the bugs. Shouldn't even be allowed to rate as a one-star.

Not even worth one star but had to give it in order to post it. I noticed the first night Suite Room 240 had sugar ants trailing by the shower bottom door at night. Was concerned about the safety sleeping overnight so called the desk and they offered an ant spray so I sprayed.
The next morning, I noticed more ants. The maintenance man came and provided The next late afternoon I checked and now there was sugar ant infestation trailing by the bathroom sink, there was a trail also coming out of the shower stall, then noticed a trail near the kitchen sink. Very clean and reasonable price, room and neighborhood was fantastic.
Two nights stay we did not sleep for one minute, first night was neighbor talking and singing, moving large objects all my night long, the second night was pure nightmare: from seven pm was a Mexican party, yelling, loud music, twenty persons yelling but seemed like a 100; called management three times, the fourth time was about 11pm when I threatened to call the cops then it slowed down half an hour later.
My two-day Holliday in Naples was totally destroyed.

This place looks like a refurbished Holiday Inn. This is not a 4-star hotel hotel you see in the pictures is not what you see when you get there. We stayed in one of the Suites room 240 was infested with all kinds of bugs it had a really bad sugar ant problem that they couldn't contain so they moved us downstairs in to room 113 where the TV had blown out speakers and the TVs are so small 25 inch monitor the air condition wasn't working right we end up leaving at 3 a.m. in the morning we couldn't even stay the whole entire night. Continental breakfast this is the worst I've ever seen in my life

This place is really nice. We do enjoyed the pool and peaceful environment. We checked in Thursday. However, Saturday night, was a night mare. The room next to us who just checked in for the weekend played loud mexican music from afternoon until it’s bedtime. It was older couple. We just ignored it. But, we noticed that weekend gets full with guests. It really depends on the week. We still enjoy our stay.

Founds roach bugs on the bathroom floor immediately after booking the room for the weekend. Then, on the first night exiting the room to go to dinner was met with prostitutes hanging around the outside of the hotel, made the stay very uncomfortable. Later that night the shady character in the room next to us had the walls shaking all night after seeing one of them enter his room. packed up and immediately left the next morning with forgetting to cancel my reservation. the hotel fully charged me and after calling and leaving messages with the hotel manger he didn’t even have to respect to

It was a really nice stay for the price we paid!The room when we got there was pretty and roomy .There was a kitchen, a little dining area,a comfy sofa that turned into a bed ,a bath/shower , a king sized bed,2 tv's one in the living room and room,and 2 big sliding doors with a great view.The only downside to this hotel is that the breakfast is lacking,there's not much to choose from just some different juices,coffee,water,bagels,toast,and cereal.The pool is great though from 3ft6in. to 8ft so both adults and kids can enjoy.Overall it was a really nice stay and the people there were so

While visiting Naples, we needed a hotel for the night. With having great luck using the Hotel Tonight app previously in other cities, I decided to use it again for this trip. Unfortunately, it was spring break, so most hotels were extremely expensive, even on the discounted app. We found Naples Garden Inn for $175.00 for the night and decided to book it. Reviews didn't seem bad, and we didn't need anything fancy for the one night.

Save yourself frustration....dont stay here.....hotel is changing its name to naples garden inn from the court yard naples (notice the marriott & hilton knock off...)

My wife and I made a two-night reservation in Naples to miss hurricane Matthew that was approaching Miami. Unfortunately, I was scheduled for emergency cardiac surgery on Wednesday afternoon, to replace my defibrillator and faulty wiring. The surgery went fine, I was discharged early Thursday morning and my wife drove us to the Naples Courtyard Inn, arriving around 10 AM. The Manager/Owner was at the desk when my wife inquired if we could have an early check-in, any time before mid-afternoon. You do get what you pay for. It was the cheapest motel in the area and we were only wanted the room for sleeping and a shower before leaving the next morning. Unfortunately, our room had no hot water. The front desk never did call back after I called to inquire so we finally left without the shower. Went to check out and have our bill adjusted for lack of hot water. Only adjusted $25.00. Two people/no shower only worth $25.00?? Where can we get wash & drys for that amount? I won't be back. Live and learn.

Giving this a one star is more than this deserves. Stayed here the last 2 nights for family function and the dank mildew odor was so horrible we both have horrible headaches not to mention our clothes all have to be sent to the dry cleaners.
Coffee makers was missing parts, the toilet was broken. I complained and was ignored.
This morning we were awakened at 8am on a Sunday morning by workings renovating the floor above our heads. I called front desk and was told "guess they got a head start"
I highly recommend you NOT staying here.

Stayed at this Courtyard on business from Monday July 6th - Wednesday July 8th.
Upon entering the room, was hit was a nasty mildew smell. Was able to take care of the smell, a little by forcing the HVAC unit to run consistently on cooling. It helped a little, as this smell is impeded into the furniture. When asked for another room, after I explaind the smell. Was given a nasty, "all rooms are filled" response.
Lastly, what warranted the 1 star, the horrible internet connection, very slow speeds. Received faster speeds using the 4G from my smart phone.

I had a cockroach crawl on my pillow while sleeping. Called front dest to switch rooms with no luck. The idiot behind the front desk instead of offering to send someone to change bed sheets, etc had this to say "Sir, this is florida and bugs crawl under doors and through windows".
So incredibly disappointed and disgusted not only by the incident but more so by the lack of courtesy and hospitality common sense!
O must say I did talk to the manager the next day and he was incredibly understanding and made things right.
This has never happened to me at any of the Marriott hotels

Two stars MAX. We booked this place through Travelocity and were very disappointed; fortunately we stayed only 1 night. The rate was low for the area and time of year (mid-April 2014), so I guess the old adage that you get what you pay for is right on.
What can only be described as a retro décor, the place was hugely dated, had dirty carpet and windows and a door that blocked out ZERO sound. With the exception of the door, the outside wall was almost all glass and it had only a single curtain and with that it was either completely open to the world or completely blocked out; no shear. My wife and I traveled to Naples for our honeymoon and we found a great value on a small budget with the Courtyard Inn. We were really pleased with our stay for the price we paid.
In the heart of Naples with the downtown area, beaches, and attractions nearby, it's in a great location. It was convenient to just about everywhere we wanted to go. The minor downside to being right on Tamiami Road is the noise of cars in the morning, but we never planned to sleep in anyway. Other than that, it was pretty peaceful.

This is a very cute place near the beach. It's not by the beach, but only takes less than ten minutes to get there by car. This place has a large pool and the room has a mini fridge and microwave in it. It's not a real fancy place, but it is clean and charming. The lady at the front desk, Sabrina was really nice and told us all about the local sites and good places to eat at without us asking.
