Family-owned and operated with dedication since 1994, The Boat House Motel on Marco Island is a quaintly appointed property tucked away in Old Marco. Enjoy 20 guest rooms, plus a unique waterfront Gazebo House and three waterfront Condominiums, in a welcoming, peaceful location stationed on the water.
For single night only stays and for the first night, the deposit is non-refundable and non-changeable on all reservations regardless of when your reservation is cancelled. For all other reservations, the first night plus tax will be charged to reserve your stay. With only 20 units in the motel, availability is limited and often times customers are turned away.
If you do not pre-book reservations for your pet directly with our on-site reservation specialists, unfortunately your pet will not be permitted to stay at our property. Also, our pet-friendly rooms DO NOT include our condos; we have other pet-friendly rooms available to accommodate you and your furry family members.
Direct access to the Gulf of Mexico is just seconds away from the boat docks at The Boat House on Marco Island! We offer on-site boat slips for booking clients only. You must reserve your boat slip and room by calling our on-site reservation specialists only! Boat slip reservations will not be accepted from any 3 rd party reservation websites, such as booking.com.

We stayed at "the boat house" last week. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The bed was one of the best I slept on in a very long time and that includes my bed at home. We had a balcony overlooking collier creek, marco river and the pool!! The hotel is a true gem!! The owner and staff are very friendly and accommodating. They all went over and beyond to make our stay comfortable. I will never stay at the "Hilton" or "JW Marriot again when I am visiting Marco Island. This hotel is the best on the Island. Again rooms are super clean, comfortable and affordable, actually the hotel in my opinion

Super happy with our stay! We just checked out and I felt compelled to write a review as the staff was so welcoming and wonderful. Beds were comfortable, water pressure in the shower was great and room felt clean. Right on the water and we got a killer sunset. Would recommend and will be back! Thanks for a great trip! :)

Quick trip to attend a convention so we chose this based on the location. Not what we expected for the price. It was Very hard to reach anyone in the office for after hour check in instructions. The Light over bathroom sink didn’t work, no shampoo but there were tiny slivers of soap, the sheets looked very dingy the mattress was a squeaky spring box that was extremely uncomfortable. But on a good note The coffee provided in the room was good and the ac worked well. The management was wonderful once I got a hold of them. Maybe we didn’t get the nicest room they had to offer?
