Terri obtained her cosmetology license after graduating high school outside of Baltimore, MD. She sharpened her skills through a wonderful salon near her home where education inside & outside of the salon was a priority. After meeting her husband, a captain on a sport fishing boat, Terri worked between a salon in Ocean City, MD & a salon in Boca Raton, Florida.
When deciding to settle in Ocean City, MD, Terri worked at Headlines Salon for over 20 years and grew her experience, education and client base. She has attended the TIGI Academy in Manhattan, NY several times for specialty education in trendy cuts & hairstyles as well as cutting edge color & highlighting techniques.

If you're reading reviews like i always do to find out if you should go to a specific business then look no further. This was my first ever haircut by a professional and it was a great experience. I usually just shave it down with clippers but wanted to get an actual haircut for once and I am glad I did it was a pleasant experience and if you're reading this just go ahead and call to get your appointment. I was able to call and get an appointment within the next hour which was also a bonus. Just book the appointment already and stop reading reviews, trust me I don't write reviews unless I believe

Wow wow wow! I cannot say enough great things about this salon and Stephanie.
I was in town visiting my parents from Richmond ,Va, where I've had my hair done by the same woman for the past 7 years. I am in the process of moving, so decided to check out Salon 16 because I was in desperate need of a highlight and hair cut. I was very skeptical and apprehensive in having someone else do my hair, as mentioned I've been seeing the same woman for years. I have been going to Stephanie at Salon Sixteen since it opened. There is no other salon I have been to that is so genuinely welcoming. The magic that Stephanie can produce with my hair is amazing. If I’m out of town I fly back JUST so I can get my hair done. No one else can compare!!!!

Last Saturday was the first time I went to Salon 16. What an excellent experience! Stephanie was the hair stylist who cut my hair. She listened carefully to me when I explained what I wanted for a final result, she studied my fine, curly hair and then she gave me a fabulous haircut. She was professional, friendly, and helpful. I also appreciated the way the salon had definite COVID procedures in place so that I felt safe and comfortable in the hair salon. I certainly will be going back to Salon 16 and I definitely recommend this salon.

I just moved into the area from another state, did some research and found Salon 16. I booked a cut with Stephanie and she was amazing. She sat me down and chatted about my hair listening intently for 5 minutes. She cut and styled my hair and it was great, no surprises and I immediately booked another appointment for color. I highly recommend them. And being there during the pandemic I watched them disinfect chairs and stations between customers. Everyone wore a mask as well. Kudos on running a fantastic business!

I was in town and in need (desire really) to get a haircut from someone new to me. The salon was able to get me and my daughter in the same day for back to back appointments. Kristen was amazing! She listened to what I wanted, added her flare, and the outcome was perfect!! Thank you all so much for the accommodations and the professional results!

From the minute you walk in the door everyone is made to feel comfortable and welcome. Rhonda cuts my hair, She is professional, attentive and an overall a fantastic stylist. The support staff both front of the house and assistants are a pleasure to be around. I recommend Salon 16 in Berlin for both men and women.
