We are here to help you Refresh the Body Mind and Spirit. This is a place when you walk thru the door, you feel an instant sense of peace and calmness. Where you can just let your everyday cares, worries and concerns melt away from you. The Art of Healing Wellness Center came together as a compilation of 3 women healers who wanted to offer healing and growth to the community thru using natural therapies and modalities.
EFRT is a combination of myofascial and craniosacral techniques that releases pain and trauma from the body. It is a very gentle approach to addressing the body through light touch an energy work. This is a healing touch technique where healing energy flows through the practitioner's hands into the recipient.

10-12 years ago my sister gave me a gift certificate to a massage with Connie Griffith at the Art of Healing on Gilbert. Then a man in my 40s, I did not get massages.
I know the word is over-used, but her massage felt amazing. Her hands just find any issues and then work them out. But not too fast or in a rough way, which was my main complaint about massages.
I started going regularly to see Connie. Sometimes because it felt good and other times because of an injury. She has extensive knowledge of human anatomy. If you're interested she can tell you the exact issue and what she's doing to help
