This place has won me for life! I walked into Verb with a herniated disc. The friendly receptionist Gina fit me into see Dr Dave same day. Im a healthy, soon to be 49yr old man. Rarely ever needed to see Dr for any physical problems. I’m so glad I was referred to go to Verve. Thank you Dr Dave and all the friendly staff for EVERYTHING!!

Phoned first thing in the morning for urgent appointment same day. They didn't ask for info on the phone. Arrived and front desk staff on the medical side was less than pleasant. Filled out all forms and was there 30 minutes early, only to find out they don't accept our insurance - because the physician on the plan is no longer at the practice and their website has not been updated. This is literally the SECOND time this happened with this office for me. Happened the very same way two years ago, with a different insurance plan. Worst doctors office I've ever been to. You wait over 30 minutes to see your doctor after being taken back (even if you are accompanied by a small child and are pregnant.) They don't even call you with your results, I waited over a week for blood work results and no one called me until I called and was told that I need a chest X-ray because I have TB In my blood work. They won't know what your back for even though you had a chest X-ray ordered by them that you had to call to find out about they will act like they haven't looked at your notes and the staff is all rude and and

I have been out of my meds for 2 weeks now , my pharmacy has faxed the verve and they have never heard back. I have called multiple times only to be told I have to wait. I’m really disappointed in this company , the service has declined so drastically. I have been coming here for almost 11 years and seen people come and go. I hate to say but I’m thinking of finding a new practice to go.

I had a 9:15 appointment. At 8:05 they send me a text message that my appointment has been changed to 8:45. So I FLY over there and they tell me they no longer take my insurance. The chick at the desk thinks this is funny for some reason then made comments about me while I was walking out the door. Time to find a new doctor.

Such a creepy place. At first glance you see a serene beautiful spa atmosphere. Then you notice weird sheriffs department signs. Fake Police awards. Pics of the owner doing muscle flexs by the cappuccino machine. Fox news is on silently hanging from the ceiling. Many of the staff not wearing masks. Nor are they especially friendly or polite. The posted sign on the front door has the disclaimer, that you DO NOT have to wear a mask. Oh and they do Covid testing. Lol Seriously the only thing missing is a life size cardboard cut out of Donald Trump. The owner probably has one in his office. What

When I am in Arizona I have Decompression Treatments at Verve with Dr. CHAD.
He's amazing.
Dr. Chad recognized (as I walked into my Treatment), something was very wrong with me. I had a Stroke the previous day.
He insisted (NO Treatment today) & immediately phoned Banner Gateway Hospital located on the next street over from His Clinic.
I got into the Emergency Room immediately. He recognized I was having Stroke Symptoms. Dr Chad was CORRECT.. I was in the Hospital for several days. And unlike other Chiropractors (in the past) Dr. Chad writes Test Orders for MRI imaging tests.

Called today to schedule an appointment. They had me on hold for 30 minutes and then hung up on me. I called right back and the lady says "I just got back from lunch so I don't know what happened." No apology, or sorry for the inconvenience. First call at 2:08pm and then called again at 2:36pm. The doctor I see (Dr. Haynes) is phenomenal, but this is the 2nd time that I haven't been greeted warmly by the scheduler.

This place is amazing. I have been suffering from chronic migraines for 10 years and for the last five years I have tried every injection, pill, doctor that has been thrown my way. Nothing worked! Until I went to the chiropractic department here at one for Verve wellness and seeing Dr. David Warkentin. I have been working with him for about three weeks now and have gotten more relief in three weeks than I have in the last five years, it brings me to tears. Terrible. Bad communication between staff and Doctors and very disorganized. More often than not things are not getting relayed properly to patients. Attention to detail and care is not something this office can boast about, as it's not even on their radar. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.

After years of crazy symptoms, pain and misdiagnoses by different doctors, I made my 1st chiropractic appointment here. They ordered MRI scans & x-rays and discovered what was causing my issues. They then drew up a treatment plan to correct the source of my problems & I've been going back ever since. Recently, I started bringing my 13 year old son and husband in to get adjustments. Verve submits false claims to the Insurance Company to code things that are not in the best interest to the patient to receive additional money.
Verve Medical Group (4824 E Baseline Rd # 110, Mesa, AZ 85206 # (480) 969-4040). I had fractured and misplaced ribs that I brought them the xray from the urgent care.
They didn't care nor did they care about the amount of pain I was in. They saw how bad the report reflected ribs 8 + 9 + 10.
The attending physician at the time was Grace Haynes ( Love her just not the practice )
She ordered another X-ray however SIMON took the wrong side of my ribs

I've been a chiropractic patient here for a decade. Originally this place, the staff, and especially the chiropractors were amazing. But as the years have gone on verve has gotten more expensive and now today I was told they don't even accept my insurance anymore and it would be 165 dollars out of pocket. Unfortunately it appears my time at verve has come to an end. Thanks for the last decade but I don't think it will get any better from here. Things have just gone down hill a bit.

So this is a healthcare facility that rents out space to different medical providers on different days of the week. We started at their sister facility, that is also in Mesa. They are both clean and well kept. This one has much more friendly and inviting staff and is more professionally run. If you are scheduled for a procedure, ask if there is an alternative to be moved to this one. That's what we did.

I have been Dr. Grace Haynes patient for over a year and she is the best however, the front receptionists are unfriendly and has no customer service skills. This evening, January 19, 2021, I returned a call to Verve Wellness for my test results, one person transferred me to another person and she answered "which one is this, who is this", when she realized I was obviously a patient, no apology for her rudeness at all. I take my health very serious and can't stand working with unprofessional individuals like this.

I have been a dental patient of Verve for over 6 years. Until late 2020 the service and care have been excellent. My last visit with "Dr. B" was terrible. Poor professional manner, very rough with the drill and screwed up my dental bridge twice by drilling a hole though it and the lab sent back a defective bridge. I have been requesting a refund of the $2,400 I paid to Verve so I can go to another dentist to start all over again. I have been told several times "the request has been sent to the owners and we are waiting for an answer". That is just plain poor professional service......not like it

I went to get my teeth cleaned for the first time there and Dr. Beyramian and his whole staff were amazing, and very friendly. It was a very safe and clean environment. I was so happy I ended up getting a crown done the following week. Thanks for a job well done and I recommend Verve Wellness Center to everyone who wants their teeth looking great.

I hate hate hate going to the doctor. Linda Farris is awesome. She makes me feel at ease and I feel like she really listens to me. The office is beautiful and conveniently located. I've never had to wait too terribly long past my appointment time.
My one gripe is with the front office/nursing staff. They are a bit unfriendly and have made errors with scheduling, prescriptions, and made me make an appointment just for the doctor to say my test came back fine. The doctor even said she'd told them to call me back and cancel it. I still come here, I'm just extra clear when I speak

Omg. Love this place. I have been seeing Linda Farris for a while now & she is something special. She is intelligent, mindful, genuine, truly caring & easy to talk to. When I have to discuss difficult things with her she makes me feel comfortable & does everything she can to help me out. I will never go to another doctor for as long as I can! And the building here is beautiful & open. The other staff has always been very friendly as well:) love coming here.
