Simply the worst business of all time. Starting February 2021, I started calling Sunfire to get information on a new fireplace. I was planning on installing Oct/Nov 2021 and wanted to start my shopping early. I'm about 30 minutes from Martinsburg, so it wasn't convenient to visit in person. Since Feb. 2021, I called Sunfire ATLEAST 15 times. Every single time their answering service picked up and took my info for a return call. Every single time , no call back.

On the 2nd of January my pellet stove quit working ( I live I paw paw West Virginia )
Immediately I began to reach out to find a quadrafire retailer so I called Sunfire starting Monday the 3rd
After leaving 4 messages tye past week that I would like to talk about getting a stove installed and wanting to know availability and a time line to get one installed I've yet to talk to a representative
I'm not gonna keep wasting my time leaving messages

I had a wood pellet stove installed in my basement as well as a heater in my garage. This company was exceptional from day one. I walked into the showroom to look and was approached by Junior. He showed me the stoves, answered all my questions and showed me all about the stove I was interested in. It was then installed by Ryan, TJ and Ethan. They did a great job, left no mess and showed me how to use and care for it. This business is very client friendly. They bend over backwards to accommodate their patrons. I give Sunfire Energy Solutions 5 stars and would recommend them to anyone. I am a satisfied

Excellent Service!! I wanted to share my appreciation for my Sunfire Franklin Stove service call today. Scheduling time was reasonable, about a week, but when the moment Jerry Monro called to let me know he was on the way, arrived, introduced himself, and took off his shoes before entering the house, I was already impressed. Jerry placed a cover on the floor before beginning his troubleshooting process. He was very patient and professional with me standing over him and asking stupid questions. It didn't take him very long to find the source of the stove issue and making necessary corrective repairs

Update: 5/15/2017 - Only a few minor issues after installation. Really appreciated the continue dialog. The stove was great all winter. The cleaning I had today was done professionally. The technicians were knowledgeable about the product and forthcoming about advice. My advice to the company is keep up the good work. Keep your staff well trained as you have been. I was impressed by how clean the technicians were while sweeping. I'm very pleased in the end and look forward to the yearly cleanings with them. My advice to customers considering this company is to do your homework. Ask any and all
