Great Customer Service! I had to take my wifes wedding ring in because a small diamond had fallen out of the setting for the second time. Chuck offered to repair it again at no charge or I could change bases if I felt more comfortable with that. I decided to pick out another setting that was a significant upgrade requiring two additional diamonds to be installed in the setting. I was concerned about the cost of two additional diamond but Chuck wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied with my decison and offered me a minimal cost to upgrade which I gladely acceped. I would recommend to anyone

THANK YOU for binging my wedding ring (my husbands great grandmothers ring) back to life! We’ve tried several different jewelers to try and fix the ring and keep diamonds from falling out. It wasn’t until we brought it to VA that they said to replace the prongs. Everyone always wanted to just tighten them. The replacement prongs have proven to be the best decision, it’s going on 4 months with instances where diamonds would have fallen out but haven’t! And they didn’t charge an arm and a leg and were the nicest people! I’m so happy I get to where my wedding ring again!

My engagement ring is gorgeous and they were very helpful - and fun - as we picked out our wedding bands. A stone fell out of my ring soon after I got it and within a week the stone was replaced and my ring was good as new. They have beautiful jewelry for everyone, and offer top notch customer service. Approached Van about four weeks before Christmas with a request for a custom designed ring. He promptly drew up a design and was able to complete the ring about 10 days before Christmas. He was easy to get in touch with and reliable throughout each portion of the process.
To top this off, when my wife noticed that one of the small jewels fell out of the ring-Van paid for next day shipping from out-of-state, repaired the ring, and had it back to us in less than a week. His work is high quality and he is reliable.

Like walking into a Rodeo Drive venue with all the southern charm and over the top expertise with all areas of carats to settings!!
