Expensive and not good service. Don't go by the other online reviews. First of all the check in process wasn't good. When we got to the room there was strong cigarette smell of the room as well as coming from the centralized air conditioner. When we requested for a change of room, we were told that there were no rooms available. Although at the same time there was some new customers checking in at the lobby, who were upgraded (when we asked for room change) without even asking. The furniture in the room had cigarette burns and dirt on the windows and blind covers. Attached pictures for reference

I came in at 4am. I had reservation for that day but was hoping that I could check in early because I had an important business meeting that morning. When I arrived at the hotel. The Puerto Rican gentleman explained to me that I couldn't check in because the hotel was sold out. So I asked if there was anything he could do. He said we do have 2 rooms available but they have been sold already. I asked him did he actually think they would be coming in at 4 am. I told him that I had a reservation. He said no. I asked for the manager and he said she wouldn't be in until 8am. After that he ignored me
